I still make contact and get help whenever I need it. Cobalt Retail has given us great benefits – the bank reconciliation is all current, live and up to date which saves a lot of time with most of our customers paying by direct credit.

It’s also much easier to reverse things with the auto credit function. I would recommend the all-in-one program; it is a real time saver with less errors and more efficiencies. Having reports directly emailed each day saves the directors a lot of time as well.
