Whenever a new Merlin Software system is installed, your configuration will allow for a certain number of days on site to train you and your team ... the amount of days allowed depends on a number of factors, such as how many software modules you are installing, and how many different team members are being trained.

We encourage you to plan carefully for this installation and training time, to maximise your learning of a new system whilst your support person is on site to answer your questions and help you configure your system and procedures to maximise your benefits from your new system ... if possible, having extra help available to serve your customers is the ideal solution, allowing you to concentrate on your training without interruptions.

Planning which members of your team are receiving individual training in specific areas is also helpful, as this allows us to structure a training plan to fit in with your staff requirements with as little disruption to day-to-day business as possible, particularly if you have team members who do not work full-time.
